Swinerton Builders is requesting subcontractor bids for The Monmouth City Hall Project, a new 15,153sf Mass Timber Building located in Salem, OR. This project is scheduled to break ground in early May, 2022. Building construction includes concrete foundations and slab on grade, steel, mass timber, membrane roofing; metal framed walls; storefronts and windows; face brick and metal panel cladding; HM and aluminum door frames with HM and wood doors; sealed concrete, carpet tile, and ceramic tile flooring & walls; gypsum board and
acoustical tile ceilings; fire sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. The site work includes earthwork; concrete & asphalt paving; fencing and gates; landscaping and irrigation; and site utilities.

Bid Package #1 includes the following trades:
Demolition, Roofing, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical,聽 Earthwork, and Utilities. The balance of the trades will be bid at a later date.
