These three scopes were previously awarded. Scoring is weighted by low bid AND COBID participation.Trade package 2 consists of the packages for which Andersen Construction intends to submit
a bid, and are listed as follows:
• 03-10 Structural Concrete & Reinforcing
• 06-11 Mass Timber – Install Only
• 06-25 Millwork & Paneling
• 06-45 Casework & Countertops
• 32-15 Site Concrete

At no point will any bidder correspondence for these packages be sent to Andersen Construction or its affiliates.

All questions for Trade Package 2 shall be submitted directly to PPS by 4/15/22. Bids for Trade Package 2 shall be submitted directly to PPS: Bryce Gardner at [email protected]

Trade package 3 consists of ALL REMAINING SCOPES for which Andersen
Construction DOES NOT intend to submit a bid. Please submit questions
to Andersen via Building Connected no later than 4/15/22.
