Equipment supplier leases space in Beaverton

Panattoni Development Co. has found a tenant to fully occupy the Bennett Business Center in Beaverton, the developer announced Thursday.

ACME Construction Supply has agreed to lease the 94,000-square-foot building at 5150 S.W. Western Ave. The 1970s industrial warehouse was remodeled recently.

The warehouse offers parking, a secure vehicle staging area, a 21-foot clear height, remodeled first- and second-floor offices, resurfaced pavement, secure vehicle staging, parking and an upgraded sprinkler system, according to Panattoni.

Bennett Business Center is located near Oregon Route 217 in the Raleigh West neighborhood.

Panattoni was represented in the deal by Colliers International brokers Jon Rubey and Mike Thomas. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
