Construction of a 246-unit apartment complex between Camas and Washougal, Washington, is under way. R&O Construction is serving as the contractor for Killian Pacific‘s Ninebark project, which was designed by Holst Architecture.

Delivery of the first phase is scheduled for January 2023, and completion is expected to follow in the spring. Pre-leasing activity is set to begin in October.聽Sunrise Management will oversee leasing and all management activities.

Ninebark will occupy nine acres along the Columbia River and connect to a new one-acre public park that Sunrise will also manage in a public/private partnership.

The community will feature a freestanding amenity space with a central fireplace, private meeting and co-working spaces, and a fully equipped fitness center. Art installations by regional and indigenous artists will be featured throughout Ninebark and in the public park.
