• A Type 1 procedure is pending for 3836 N. Vancouver Ave., Portland. The proposal calls for a lot consolidation for a new 38,257-square-foot mixed-use building in the Williams/Soul District. The six-story, 69-foot-tall building would include 42 residential units with private balconies and three ground floor commercial spaces along North Vancouver Avenue. The site would also have 18 ground-floor parking spaces, including an accessible parking stall as well as 71 short-term bicycle parking spaces and four long-term. The building would include a private rooftop deck and an eco-roof. Charles (CJ) Schumate of Bama Architecture and Design is the applicant and N Vancouver LLC of San Francisco, California, is the project owner.
• Early assistance is being sought for Woodstock Family Medicine, at 5536 S.E. Woodstock Blvd. The proposal calls for a renovation of the medical office building that would include a replacement of siding and windows and a relocation of the main entry door. Work could potentially also include the roof to be raised on the northern half of the building to gain more interior ceiling height. Kim Mullen of Grayscale Works is the applicant and Raphael of Peirano Properties is the project owner.
