Suites L and M of the Ambassador Business Center were recently leased to US Army Corps of Engineers/General Services Administration for $1.95 million. The space totals about 8,854 square feet, located at 7515 NE Ambassador Place in Portland.

Constructed in 1990, the property consists of a total of 23,551 square feet of rentable space. The property is within walking distance of a TriMet MAX station, restaurants and retail spaces. The location also offers easy access to Portland International Airport and major transportation arterials, such as I-84, I-205 and I-5.

Portland-based Norris & Stevens Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction. Colliers International represented the landlord, LPC Ambassador LLC.
