  • Design review (type 2 procedure) is pending for Oregon Health and Science University, at 3181 S.W. Sam Jackson Park Road. The proposal calls for construction of two new bicycle 鈥榟ubs’ on the Marquam Hill campus. One would be behind the auditorium building and the other in front of the Biomedical Information Communication Center (BICC). The hubs would hold a total of roughly 72 spaces. Each one would be a simple, single-story, post-and-beam structure with polycarbonate glazing around all sides for usability and security. Alex Hill of Clark/Kjos Architects is the applicant. The Oregon State Board of Higher Education and OHSU are the project owners.
  • A pre-application conference is being sought for the 鈥淶idell Property鈥 on South Moody Avenue (within the 97239 zip code).
