Parametrix, a 100-percent employee-owned engineering, planning and environmental sciences firm headquartered in Seattle with offices in Portland, has acquired Oregon-based Good Company, expanding the firm’s climate and sustainability service offerings nationwide.

Good Company provides climate resiliency and sustainability consulting services for government and industry that serve human needs, including food, energy, water, transportation, shelter, materials management, clean tech and finance. Service offerings include measurement and management of environmental and equity performance, as well as public disclosures and supply chain management. Good Company has clients located across the United States, Canada and Mexico, with supply chains in Central and South America and Southeast Asia.

Parametrix has nearly 650 employee-owners with clients from across the western United States.
