Three mixed-use developments have been proposed for the Centennial Mills riverfront property in Northwest Portland.

The Bureau of Development Services is set to host on Tuesday a concerning the 4.4-acre site, at 1362 N.W. Naito Parkway. The applicant is Michelle Schulz of GBD Architects.

Prosper Portland’s board of commissioners recently agreed to a sale of the former flour mill site and its associated parcels for $8.25 million. MLR Ventures will pay significantly less than a $13 million price expected previously.

Early plans submitted to BDS call for three mixed-use buildings featuring multifamily units and retail space. The proposal also includes creation of a greenway trail along the Willamette River as well as a potential pedestrian plaza.
