Toops joins 3J Consulting as civil technician

3J Consulting has hired Sophia Toops as a civil technician. She will work on a variety of projects, including those with a transportation, utility, school, commercial or residential focus. Toops recently received a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from Oregon State University. She will be based in 3J鈥檚 office in Beaverton.
