Damien Hall has joined Dunn Carney LLP as a partner. He focuses his practice on land use and real estate issues arising in urban redevelopment, public/private partnerships, and utility-scale renewable energy projects. Hall, previously a Ball Janik LLP partner, represents both property owners and local governments, helping them navigate Oregon鈥檚 unique land use requirements and political sensitivities to controlled growth and land development. He also regularly assists clients with real estate transactions, natural resources law, municipal law, and formation and organization of business entities.
