Chris Walters is now a Dunn Carney LLP partner. He previously was a partner at Ball Janik LLP and represented public and private clients for more than 30 years with real estate, construction, public procurement, venture formation and governance, financing, property management and dispute resolution. Walters has represented developers, state and local agencies, schools, lenders, investors, landlords, tenants, corporations, individual contractors, design professionals, health organizations, hospitality providers, and associations in a variety of matters. His public agency clients have included the state of Oregon, the city of Portland, and the city of Vancouver, Washington.
