Tom Johnson has joined Stoel Rives LLP as a partner in its litigation department in Portland. He most recently was a partner in Perkins Coie鈥檚 Portland office, where he was chairman of the litigation group. Johnson鈥檚 practice is focused on complex business disputes involving health care, securities, and corporate governance issues. He also has significant experience handling antitrust and business divorce matters. In addition to representing clients in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels, Johnson handles private arbitrations and internal investigations. He works with a broad range of clients, including those in the health care, technology, professional services, and food products industries.
