LatinoBuilt Association has named George Carrillo executive director. He previously served as a program manager in the Oregon Health Authority鈥檚 Behavioral Health Services office and ran for governor of Oregon in 2022. Carrillo, whose family immigrated from Ecuador, has served in both law enforcement as a sheriff鈥檚 deputy and the U.S. Marines as a sergeant.聽Portland-based LatinoBuilt, founded in 2019, is a trade association for Latino contractors.
