Energy Trust of Oregon has named Lizzie Rubado its director of innovation and development. In this new executive leadership role, she will work to cultivate strategic partnerships, pursue new funding opportunities, and elevate the organization鈥檚 culture of innovation. During 17 years with Energy Trust, Rubado has helped the organization secure its first major outside contract to administer the Oregon Community Solar Program and create the award-winning, community-driven Solarize program.
