Chad Heimbigner has been named chief operating officer of Coffman Engineers. The addition of this role addresses the firm鈥檚 need for greater support of operations amid ongoing growth. Heimbigner, a civil engineer, will provide executive guidance to Coffman鈥檚 business groups, including human resources, marketing, information technology, and business systems. Since joining the firm in 2009, he has been involved in various business areas. Heimbigner currently provides principal leadership for the Spokane, Washington, office and civil engineering group, as well as the Northwest Region marketing team. He is active in the Portland office.
