The proposal calls for stormwater treatment infrastructure improvements. An existing lift station would be modified and new list stations and conveyance piping would be installed.


Four-story office building, at 4650 S. Macadam Ave. is being converted into a charter school (Portland Maps)

The proposal calls for a remodel of a four-story, 45,000-square-foot office building into a charter school. The existing parking would be converted into a play court.
