The proposal calls for an increase to electrical systems at the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) facilities as part of the Portland General Electric Marquam Hill Underground Feeders project. The additions would help address limitation in the current emergency operation and future planned loading for OHSU and the Portland Veterans Affairs Medical Center campuses. The project would be constructed in two phases with the first set for this year. Plans are also under environmental review.

The proposal calls for renovations to the exiting Archdiocese Pastoral Center offices that would involve rejoining the two buildings with a new interior and courtyard entryway, lobby, stairway and elevator core.
