Work Scope: Emerick, as the CM|GC, is seeking subcontractor bids for the Centennial High School Athletic Facility project which includes 铿乪ld and track replacement, additional parking spots, bus parking fencing, restoration and seismic upgrade of existing stadium grandstands, team room upgrades, and public restroom upgrades.

A non-mandatory pre-bid/site tour: for interested subcontractors, will be held on Tuesday, 2-28-23 at 3:00 PM Emerick will start at the in the parking lot next to the existing grandstands located at 3505 SE 182nd Avenue, Gresham,
OR 97030.
