Bid Package #05 – Reservoir Liner

Bids will be due at 2:00 pm April 05, 2023 and shall be submitted via email to [email protected]. No hard copy bids or facsimile bids will be accepted. Bid Package #05 generally consists of:

A. Furnish & install 30 MIL PVC Membrane between layers of mirafi 1100N  fabric (or approved equal) below Reservoir 18 Slab on grade (limits of fabric and membrane per plans and specifications)

B. Furnish & install 30 MIL PVC Membrane between layers of mirafi 1100N fabric (or approved equal) over top surface of entire reservoir roof (limits of fabric and membrane per plans and specifications)

C. Furnish & install stormwater pond liner at reservoir 18 site (Storm Water Pond approximately 6550 sf)

D. Scope of work includes furnishing and installing all applicable PVC Pipe boots and concrete attachment hardware.

Location and materials are as indicated and specified in the project plans and specifi cations. The bidding documents include the following: Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, Bid/Proposal Forms, City of Tigard General Conditions, Sample Emery & Sons Subcontract, Emery & Sons Health & Safety Manual, 90% Plans, and 90% Specifications.
