Bids will be received by General Contractor, Pence Contractors, 5400 Meadows Road, Suite 400,聽 Lake Oswego, OR 97035 by the time and date聽 listed above. Bids received after time and date聽 listed above will not be considered. Questions
shall be directed to Jeff Soukup jeffso@pence. net. Bids may be emailed to [email protected] or聽 submitted through our website.

Pence is requesting bids for All Scopes EXCEPT Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Low Voltage, and Security/Fire Alarm as these scopes
have already been awarded. Pence plans to bid to self-perform on the following scopes: Cast In Place Concrete/Shotcrete, Shoring, Waterproo铿乶g, Rough Carpentry, Roof Hatch Install, Specialties Install (excluding signage), Residential Appliances Install, Fall Protection Install, Site Concrete, and Site Furnishings Install.

This project is a PREVAILING WAGE project in accordance with ORS Chapter 279C. All bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and have secured a public works bond in accordance with rules set forth by governing authorities at time of bid. The contractor reserves the right to: reject any or all bids; reject any bid not in compliance with the bid procedures or requirements; reject for good cause any bid that would be in the public鈥檚 best interest to do so; and waive minor irregularities or discrepancies in any or all bids.
