All bids will be a lump sum proposal for your respective project division scopes. CMGC Contractor: Brief Project Description: O鈥橞rien and Company will be submitting a bid to perform the demolition work scope.Strategic demolition of the structure for the seismic retrofitting and repairs of affected areas. New Roofing, Gutters, and Paint in highlighted areas including finish Carpentry. This will be a public works prevailing wage project- BOLI 1/01/2023 rates apply for Lincoln County. Construction Schedule duration will be from May 2023聽 through August 2023, with site work demolition starting in May 2023. |
