| Bid Package #1 – Early Work (Sitework, Demolition, Interiors, MEP) Issue Date: April 24, 2023 Contact Accepting Bids: Nathan Clark Bid Documents: This first phase of the Knappa School District Bond Projects includes all necessary sitework for a new 7,000 sf middle school building and a new 9,000 sf middle school gym. The scope will also include the necessary renovation of existing classrooms to build two new restrooms in the existing Hilda Lahti Elementary School. This work is scheduled to take place summer of 2023 while school is out. Additional work to come in Winter 2024. |
