Gerding Builders, LLC is serving as the Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) for Benton County, and is soliciting bids for the new Benton County Crisis Resource Center, in Corvallis, OR. Gerding Builders is soliciting bids for all scopes.

Bid documents may be obtained electronically by contacting Scott Schaumann, via email at [email protected].

Bids can be delivered to the Gerding Builders of铿乧e-200 SW Airport Rd., Corvallis, OR, emailed to [email protected], or delivered through 鈥淏uilding Connected鈥�, and must be received before 2:00 p.m. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Note: TGC Structural, an af铿乴iate of Gerding Builders, intends to submit bids for the Structural Concrete and Rough Carpentry and will deliver their bids directly to the owner鈥檚 representative 2 hours prior to the bid deadline.
