Work Scope: Emerick, as the CM|GC, is seeking subcontractor bids for the Dallas School District Critical Facility Upgrades The project work consists of MEP work, Secure Vestibules, Security Improvements at Lyle Elementary School, Oakdale Elementary School, Whitworth Elementary School, and the District Office.

A non-mandatory pre-bid/site tour: for interested subcontractors, will be held on Friday, 5-19-23 at 3:00 PM Emerick will start in the parking lot at the District Office located at 111 SW Ash Street.
