| The 165th & Burnside Affordable Housing project is new construction of a 92-unit apartment building. It consists of one four-story building with 35 one-bedroom units, 18 two-bedroom units and 39 three-bedroom units. The building structure will be wood framed over conventional slab-on-grade concrete foundation system. In addition, there will be resident support spaces, community room space, common laundry, bike parking, property management offices, mail area, and utility spaces. Exterior improvements include both passive and active outdoor space, landscaping, playground area and on-site parking.
