Located on an 80-acre wooded site approximately a 20-minute drive from downtown Portland, Parrott Creek鈥檚 mission is to provide support for some of our most vulnerable community members: children and families caught up in child welfare and juvenile justice systems. The scope includes a variety of buildings and extensive site upgrades at their current campus in Oregon City. The project consists of demolishing all current buildings and replacing them in phased construction.

Phase 1 consists of The Nettle House (Bldg A), Hazel Hub (Bldg C and the Cedar Caf茅 (Bldg F) along with extensive site work.

鈥� Phase 2 consists of the School (Bldg D) and the Sunset House (Bldg E) and a modest amount of site work.
鈥� The Gym and Recreation Center (Bldg B) is a future phase.
