RS&H hires Parker to lead Oregon infrastructure practice

Jeff Parker has joined RS&H, a national engineering, architecture and consulting firm.聽He will be responsible for building and managing RS&H鈥檚 Oregon infrastructure practice, including transportation and aviation markets. Parker has 33 years of transportation consulting design experience, mostly in the Pacific Northwest. He has served as a lead roadway, traffic and bridge engineer and as a senior project manager and practice leader for bridges and structures. Parker has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
