Miller Nash’s Hutchinson joins Blanchet House EP board

Miller Nash LLP attorney Alexandra Hutchinson has been elected to serve on the Emerging Professionals Board of Blanchet House, a local nonprofit that offers food, shelter and aid to those in need. The board focuses on increasing awareness and support of Blanchet House among a younger demographic. Board members support the Blanchet House鈥檚 fundraising initiatives, plan events and volunteer each month in the Blanchet House Founders Caf茅. At Miller Nash, Hutchinson assists businesses in a wide range of corporate transactional matters. She reviews, drafts and negotiates a variety of contracts, in addition to advising on issues related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and formation and partnerships.
