This Bid Package of the Sunriver Public Safety Building project includes demolition services for the Sunriver Fire Station and the Phase 1 construction and renovation of the new Sunriver Public Safety Building. Phase 1 scope of Includes, but is not limited to earthwork, concrete, masonry, structural framing, casework, roofing, glazing, siding, finishes, flooring, detention specialties, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, landscape, paving, and other site improvements.
