Quesenberry named vice president by Perlo Construction

Perlo Construction has promoted Thomas Quesenberry to vice president. He now is an executive leadership team member. Quesenberry joined the firm in 2017 and has provided invaluable knowledge for a diverse range of complex projects. He also has demonstrated an ability to build genuine relationships with clients and teammates.
