| The project scope consists of the seismic upgrade and remodel of an existing ~24,000 sf type V-B metal building to be used for career technical education purposes including classrooms, lab spaces and administrative support spaces. The scope additionally includes extensive site redevelopment, including construction of an exterior storage building, a green house, a fire training tower, and full parking lot/site landscaping upgrades.
