Bid Package #10 鈥� Metal Roofing
Bids will be due at 2:00 pm June 14, 2023, and shall be submitted via email to [email protected]. No hard copy bids or facsimile bids will be accepted. Bid Package #10 generally consists of:

A. Furnish and install all materials, equipment, and labor to execute the work as indicated on the drawings, as specified (spec section 07 41 13.16) and as necessary to complete the following:
1. Metal Roofing for a 30鈥� x 60鈥� Pump Station Building at the Reservoir 13 site
a. Furnish & Install Underlayment Materials
b. Furnish & Install factory formed Metal roof panels.
c. Furnish & Install Flashing & Trim.
d. Furnish & install Gutter & Downspouts
e. Furnish & Install Roof Curbs

2. Metal Roofing for a 10鈥� x 10鈥� x 8鈥�8鈥� H Electrical Building at the Reservoir 18 Site
a. Furnish & Install Underlayment Materials
b. Furnish & Install factory formed Metal roof panels.
c. Furnish & Install Flashing & Trim.
d. Furnish & install Gutter & Downspouts
e. Furnish & Install Roof Curbs
Location and materials are as indicated and specified in the project plans and specifications. The bidding documents include the following: Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, Bid/Proposal Forms, City of Tigard General Conditions, Sample Emery & Sons Subcontract, Emery & Sons Health & Safety Manual, 100% Plans, and 100% Specifications.
