Design review (type 2 procedure) – pending
Address: South River Parkway (within the 97239 zip code)

Owner: AM/DRI Willamette LLC of Dallas

Design review is pending for the Alamo Manhattan Blocks along South River Parkway. The proposal calls for revisions to the approved designs for Block 44 and Block 45 based on comments in the building permit application. The Alamo Manhattan Blocks is a five-building project for a 10-acre site in Portland’s South Waterfront. Three of the five are under construction or complete.

Plans call for removing three existing buildings in the site’s northwest corner and replacing them with a single-story, 5,550-square-foot parish hall.
