Sebrina Owens-Wilson has been named Metro鈥檚 director of diversity, equity and inclusion. She previously served as Metro鈥檚 regional impact program manager. In more than four years at Metro, Owens-Wilson has managed growth of a program that aims to advance racial equity through policy, programs and investments, including the Construction Career Pathways program, the Civic Engagement Capacity Building grant program, and the Committee on Racial Equity. Before joining Metro, she worked for 11 years at the Partnership for Working Families. Owens-Wilson holds a master鈥檚 degree in international studies from the University of Oregon and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in international political economy from Colorado College.
