Miller Nash LLP has added Eva Novick to its Portland office, where she will lead its privacy and data security team. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional with extensive experience advising clients on complying with U.S. and international data privacy laws and responding to data security incidents. She has deep knowledge and practical experience in matters of privacy and data security, including compliance with consumer protection laws and regulations. Prior to private practice, Novick dedicated nearly two decades to the Oregon Department of Justice, including service as senior assistant attorney general. She has a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
