Work Scope: Emerick, as the CM|GC, is seeking sub-contractor bids for the La Creole Middle School Administration Additions. The project work consists of a new 1,550 square foot administration and existing administration renovation including plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.

A non-mandatory pre-bid/site tour: for interested subcontractors, will be held on Wednesday, 6/21/23 at 11:00 A.M. Emerick will start at the entrance of La Creole Middle School located by the covered bus shelter.
