Jeff England has joined Parametrix as a senior consultant. He joins the community building team in Bend, serving public clients including the city of Bend and the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department as well as private-sector clients. England has more than 30 years of experience in municipal planning, engineering, project and program management, and land development. He previously was a senior project manager for WSP. He is also the former owner of CIP Consulting. England is a certified project management professional and a licensed professional engineer in Oregon, Idaho, and Hawaii.
