The proposal calls for creation of a pet hospital that would include three buildings, an informal parking area, a dedicated employee parking area, and a fenced dog run. An approximately 17,000-square-foot parking garage would be converted into the pet hospital. The site’s other two buildings would be demolished to establish parking areas.

The proposal calls for construction of a four-story, approximately 85,000-square-foot building with approximately 75 affordable units and ground-floor amenity spaces, including a community room and a central courtyard.

The proposal calls for conversion of an existing drive-thru restaurant into a coffee/beverage service establishment with a drive-thru. Work would involve updating exterior finishes, relocating the pick-up window, and renovating the parking area.
