3J Consulting hires Sheppard as civil designer

Kimi Sheppard has joined 3J Consulting as a civil designer. She will be based in the firm鈥檚 Beaverton office. Sheppard will work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, parks and recreation, transportation, utility, K-12, renewable energy, and site/land development designs. She recently received a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from the University of Portland.
