The proposal calls for an approximately 1,000-square-foot repair to the existing storefront, as well as the replacement of wood façade material with fiber cement.

The proposal calls for a new Portland State University School of Art & Design building that would be a four-story, mass-timber structure (100,000 square feet) for classrooms, studios, offices, galleries and supporting spaces.

It calls for a modification to the existing conditional use to allow demolition and replacement of the attached electrical supply building.
