Bid Package #4 for the City of Bend Public Works Campus project includes the foundations, steel and wood structure, and the entire building envelope. Specific scopes included are concrete, structural steel framing, mass timber walls installation, dampproofing, roofing, glazing, siding, doors/frames/hardware, translucent wall panels, and sectional doors. MWESB participation is encouraged.
