Building permits issued for June 26-July 2, 2023

A $16,463,382 new construction permit is under inspection for Albina One at 1771 N. Flint Ave. Plans call for construction of a seven-story building with 94 affordable units, a large community room, resident services, a lobby, flexible meeting space and a small commercial space. The building would include balconies and rooftop solar panels. Ashley Koger of LEVER Architecture is the applicant, Albina Vision Trust is the project owner, and Colas Construction is the contractor.

A $5,600,000 new construction permit is on hold for 1122 S.E. Ankeny St. Plans call for construction of an emergency shelter. The shelter/transitional housing facility will provide sleeping, restroom and support services for approximately 129 guests. At the request of the applicant, the project has been placed on hold due to funding issues and design changes. Leslie Cliffe of Bora Architecture & Interiors is the applicant and YBP Ankeny LLC is the project owner. The contractor is not listed.

A $5,900,000 alteration permit is under review for a tenant improvement to suit Miller Nash at 11W, at 1140 S.W. Washington St. Work would include minor demolition and construction of walls on the sixth and seventh floors to create storage rooms, offices, conference rooms, locker rooms, refresh areas, collaboration areas, a huddle room, a wellness room, and more. Brian Sabom of Turner Construction is the contractor.
