The proposal calls for two 19-unit apartment buildings. One would be four stories and approximately 21,500 square feet. The other would be five stories and approximately 28,500 square feet. The development would include common area amenities and a shared outdoor entry courtyard.

Development is proposed for two empty 5,000-square-foot lots on the west side of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, between Northeast Wygant and Alberta streets. The north lot would gain a new building with a parking lot, and the south lot would gain a new 16-bed behavioral health center including administration and support spaces.

Owner: Albina Vision Trust
Plans call for adding an office for Albina Vision Trust to an existing single-story concrete building on the corner of North Williams Avenue and Northeast Thompson Street. The building was previously part of Albina Block 23, which was partitioned in 2021 during the development of Songbird, a multifamily building.

Applicant: Brian Hoeft of Scott Edwards Architecture
Owner: Meals on Wheels People
The proposal calls for the construction of a two-story building with a commercial kitchen, retail space and event space. Two existing buildings would be demolished, and another would be remodeled with new windows, exterior siding, and mechanical, electrical and lighting elements.
