Plans call for demolition of the OCOM Hollywood Clinic to accommodate construction of a four-story, 39-unit apartment building. The proposal does not include commercial space or on-site parking.

Owner: The city of Portland

Phase 1 of the bowl and life safety project would include north stage lot stairs, fencing, a generator enclosure, lot reconfiguration, the west berm exterior exit stairs, fencing, landscaping and gates (construction anticipated in 2024).
