Plans call for additions of employee office spaces and a forklift charging station. Also, an old office building and an unused shop area would be removed.

Owner: Rockwood Water People’s Utility District

Expansion of basic utility use would include construction of a new wellhouse, a water treatment facility, a backwash tank structure, a stormwater management facility, and landscaping.

Applicant: Thomas Kruger of Seaside Grid LLC of Burlingame, California
Owner: Port of Portland and Portland General Electric

Plans call for construction of an overhead transmission line and an underground distribution line that would connect to the existing Rivergate substation.
