Bids will be received by the Construction Manager/General Contractor, Pence Contractors, 1051 NW Bond St, Suite 310, Bend, OR 97701, by the time and date listed above.
Bids received after the time and date listed above will not be considered. Questions and bids shall be directed to Jeff Soukup at [email protected].

Scope of work being bid is detention/security doors, frames, hardware and security windows only.
CIP Concrete, Metal Fabrications/Railing/Stairs, Waterproofing, and Elevator are being bid separately as bid package #3. All other scopes will bid at a future date. Scopes that have already been awarded are: Mass Timber, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical/Low Voltage.

Bid documents can be examined via Pence Contractor’s website at . Click on the “Subcontractor’s” link, then scroll down to see list of available projects. Bidders must follow bid instructions and submit bid forms, if provided.

This project is a PREVAILING WAGE project in accordance with ORS Chapter 279C. All bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and have secured a public works bond in accordance with rules set forth by governing authorities at time of bid.

The contractor reserves the right to: reject any or all bids; reject any bid not in compliance with the bid procedures or requirements; reject for good cause any bid that would be in the public’s best interest to do so; and waive minor irregularities or discrepancies in any or all bids.
