Stadium Improvements: The project scope consists of constructing a new CMU Men’s and Women’s Restroom & concessions building, new ticket booths, concrete stairs, ramps, & retaining walls, & site improvements around the track and football stadium. New restroom/concessions building totals out to a proposed 1,665 SF.

Secured Vestibule: Build out of main entrance to high school to extend vestibule to farthest exterior columns. Offices, reception, and new spaces are to be built out on the main floor. Second floor additional conference rooms are being built, along with sky bridges from main upper floor to new conference room spaces. Existing admin offices are to be remodeled to provide additional new spaces as well.

Non-mandatory Job Walk: February 13, 2024 at 2:30 PM
Questions Due: February 13th at 5:00PM
Start of Construction: April 2024

Substantial Completion: September 2024 for Stadium Improvements, November 2024 for Secured Vestibule & Admin Additions.

BOLI Commercial Prevailing wage rates are a requirement for this project.
