The Scope of Work includes limited select demolition, new rough carpentry, gypsum board assemblies, new interior doors and hollow metal frames, interior storefront relite, flooring, joint filler, painting, HVAC modifi- cations, power, lighting and low voltage system modifications as outlined in the design drawings.
