| Construction Manager/General Contractor, Pence Contractors, is requesting bids for the Kinline Apartment Project in Beaverton Oregon by the time and date listed above. Questions and proposals shall be directed to Owen Blakesley at [email protected].
This fully funded 271,000 gross sqft project consists of 256 units across (3) 5-story residential buildings, (1) community building, and (1) retail shell structure. Anticipated to break ground May 2024. The scope of work includes: All scopes except Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing and Earthwork/Utility, which have been awarded.
